it's the house

i am not surprised if mostly thought it was a baby that i lost due to my previous post. no! no! no! choy choy choy! thanks for all your comforting comments though, really appreciate it. it was about a condo unit we nearly bought but due to some unforeseen stuff, the unit was sold off to another buyer. dang!

u see, this house was put for sale by the owners, whom both the husband & wife has already divorced. so the husband has his own agent, and the wife has her own agent. we went thru the wife's agent, paid deposit and all, only to find out 1 day later, the house was already sold off by the husband's agent! we were soooooooo pissed! what is this lar, not professional at all! anyway, hubs told me, nevermind that we did not get to buy this unit, fengshui not so good, they divorce edi... yikes!

the good news is, there are other units available for sale, so at this moment, we are looking at another unit, higher floors with the amazing view, so we are praying hard this purchase comes to reality! if we succeed in buying this property, we can plan for renovation, plan for new furnitures for the house, and importantly plan for house warming party! There is a BBQ pit at the gorgeous looking poolside ready for house owners to have some fun, and i might think of getting this BBQ grills which comes with good looking BBQ Grill covers. If that isn't enuf, we could also choose from those nice grill covers available online. i can almost imagine the yummy-licious barbecued food waiting...

i have never used such expensive shampoo
ever in my life! expensive for me at least

i'm using their body shampoo & lotion now
and they really smells sooooo nice
even my hair, is so smooth after using
their conditioner... serious! i never experience
such softness on my teruk hair!
so this is really worth it!

a day out

let's write about happy stuff for myself to read next time. those "fever" post is getting more these days over here, sigh... what to do, just gotta be strong & pray for lil missy to grow up healthily! that's all that matters to us. to have a happy healthy child. which parents don't ey?

previous weekend was spent going here & there. morning was to midvalley to drop by to the parenthood expo to grab the Lego box set which i saw fellow blogger yvonne posted about her purchase in her FB status. unfortunately it was all finished sapu-ed on the 1st day itself. bumped into shopping queen mommy at the expo as well, all by herself tengah shiok shopping. hehe!

after midvalley, we then head off to pavilion to meet up with some office frens of mine for dinner over in lot10. the rest of the gang went for wine tasting, while 3 of us head off to walk-about in pavilion for a bit before dinner. we were then stopped by the fashion police for a snapshot. hahaha... does it mean i look like an ah-so, so kena stopped by them? lil missy got a lil gift from them, how nice...

we had steamboat at shabu one in lot10. the spread was good, and the place was full house. good thing my fren did reservation. there were 7 adults incl lil missy. i didn't really eat properly as lil missy was fussing, picky eater, don't want to eat this, don't want to eat that, made me all geram and forgot to enjoy my food most of the time

thru out the dinner, we talked & eat till we all can't take in anymore food. as you can see the before and after picture below, quite scary. never take too much food when u go to a eat-all-u-can steamboat thinking you can finish off what u have taken, big mistake! nevertheless, we manage to stuff ourself silly, thanks to the guys who helped DBKL-ed the food till the last piece!

why lah why!

lil missy is down with fever again. it has been a normal thing for us now since she has started kindy + daycare earlier this year. seems like both of me & daddy is immune to this scenario, but i would be lying if i tell you, we are not worried sick, who wouldn't isn't it?

her fever was so high up to 39.6c and i always freak and i think more wrinkles are coming out. then at night, i would wind my alarm to wake up every 2 hours to check on her. she would be sleeping in the middle of us, daddy will be holding her hand, and somehow my leg will be touching hers, just to get a feel of her temperature. on our bedside table, lies the ear thermometer waiting to be used every half an hour, i hope it doesn't go KO soon, as it has been giving us a peace of mind each time we uses it. sigh. tell me which parents haven't gone thru the above scenario? it's all part of the parcel when we sign up for a kid -_-

... but still fever please don't come every month! each time u come by i feel like dying, zombie-fied and my mind can't think straight. doc said as long as she is active, don't worry, but even said that, we will be, cus you will see her cute lil faces filled up with red blushes, so red it sparkle, cus of high fever! dammit!

abandon... nah...

whoa, i have abandon my blog for a month! a month wei! keng man. means i have not switch on my netbook for a month. poor fella. why? cus i was busy at work, busy at home but mainly cus i lost the mojo to blog. everyday i will be thinking what to write, busy taking pictures of anything which interest me, but im just to busy and lazy

a month hide-out is enuf, i told myself. if i don't keep writing, im gonna end up closing this blog. now that's gonna be so sad for me, cus i have put so much effort in this, and when i grow old, wait i got nothing to read then how? hehehehe... lil missy's been alright. she had a mild fever recently. 2 days, and i think cus doc gave antibiotics that's why so fast recovered. normally her fever takes a week to go away, but then too much antibiotic is not good isn't it? sigh... fever pls don't come back! im very tired when ur here.

last weekend we popped by over to merryn's new purple studio for a crafty session. lil missy loves it, and me? i just simply love the cosy feeling when im there. maybe cus of the purple feel, my bedroom has the same color u see. makes me feel fuzzy wuzzy. hahaha! i showed my mom some pictures hubs took when we were there, and she told me, bring her there more often rather than go shopping mall! hahaha...

after the kids finished their masterpiece, time to turn the purple studio upside down! lil missy,

ethan, and princess chloe. we also met sean during this craft session, but i didn't really chat with

sean's mommy cus i don't really know her. sorry yeah, also cus maybe i was too busy in attending to lil missy & her owl! tick tock tick tock! time was ticking away...

recently lil missy's kindy organised a trip to sushi king & rice factory. i was reluctant to let her go at first cus u know lah! but then her teacher was chatting with me, don't worry, we will take care of her, so i let her join the trip. lucky thing i did, cus lil missy had a blast.

we were in melaka over the weekend. my mil took in lil missy for 2 days. lil missy didn't wanna follow me back to my mom's cus her cousin sister was staying with her too. and with my MIL bringing the girls here & there, i was free! hubs took me out to a local club to let loose. the in house band was superb. i was there for both the nites and the 2nd nite i reached home at 5am! can u believe it! omg... my mom asked me the next day what time i got home, i did not dare to tell her till hubs blurted it out. hahaha... seifor mou! the club closes at 2am then we hung around with the band members and end up going for supper or should i say early breakfast, the whole clan. it was nice to get out once awhile to let loose, but not too often though... im getting old ^o^
