abandon... nah...

whoa, i have abandon my blog for a month! a month wei! keng man. means i have not switch on my netbook for a month. poor fella. why? cus i was busy at work, busy at home but mainly cus i lost the mojo to blog. everyday i will be thinking what to write, busy taking pictures of anything which interest me, but im just to busy and lazy

a month hide-out is enuf, i told myself. if i don't keep writing, im gonna end up closing this blog. now that's gonna be so sad for me, cus i have put so much effort in this, and when i grow old, wait i got nothing to read then how? hehehehe... lil missy's been alright. she had a mild fever recently. 2 days, and i think cus doc gave antibiotics that's why so fast recovered. normally her fever takes a week to go away, but then too much antibiotic is not good isn't it? sigh... fever pls don't come back! im very tired when ur here.

last weekend we popped by over to merryn's new purple studio for a crafty session. lil missy loves it, and me? i just simply love the cosy feeling when im there. maybe cus of the purple feel, my bedroom has the same color u see. makes me feel fuzzy wuzzy. hahaha! i showed my mom some pictures hubs took when we were there, and she told me, bring her there more often rather than go shopping mall! hahaha...

after the kids finished their masterpiece, time to turn the purple studio upside down! lil missy,

ethan, and princess chloe. we also met sean during this craft session, but i didn't really chat with

sean's mommy cus i don't really know her. sorry yeah, also cus maybe i was too busy in attending to lil missy & her owl! tick tock tick tock! time was ticking away...

recently lil missy's kindy organised a trip to sushi king & rice factory. i was reluctant to let her go at first cus u know lah! but then her teacher was chatting with me, don't worry, we will take care of her, so i let her join the trip. lucky thing i did, cus lil missy had a blast.

we were in melaka over the weekend. my mil took in lil missy for 2 days. lil missy didn't wanna follow me back to my mom's cus her cousin sister was staying with her too. and with my MIL bringing the girls here & there, i was free! hubs took me out to a local club to let loose. the in house band was superb. i was there for both the nites and the 2nd nite i reached home at 5am! can u believe it! omg... my mom asked me the next day what time i got home, i did not dare to tell her till hubs blurted it out. hahaha... seifor mou! the club closes at 2am then we hung around with the band members and end up going for supper or should i say early breakfast, the whole clan. it was nice to get out once awhile to let loose, but not too often though... im getting old ^o^

why oh why

been missing for action for some time now. lil missy was feverish on last Friday and vomited in the car when daddy picks her up from kindy. i was already blur when daddy called me to say lil missy was feverish. daddy gave her meds and she was sleeping when i reached home. on that nite itself me & lil missy followed my bro-in-law back to melaka.

when we reached melaka, lil missy was on 38.5c and my mom got worked up. she pestered us to bring her to hospital at once to have doctor check on lil missy again. i told my mom she is still ok, i gave her meds already, she will be ok, but my mom was a bit more persuasive and off we went to nearest pantai medical centre in melaka. the emergency ward was full house. when we were there, there was a baby wailing when the nurse was bathing him in cold water due to high fever. sigh. after 20mins, we met the doctor on duty. he checked lil missy, told her throat was a bit red, prescribe us some meds, and that's it. i was like "sei for lor" when walking towards cashier counter. luckily the bill was only rm99.30, still ok, not too bad *phew*

after the weekend care, meds and all, lil missy was ok again. come Sunday, we were back to our home in kl in our usual normal routine. we sent lil missy to kindy on Monday morning, and both of us to work. when we pick her up from school that Monday evening, lil missy's teacher told me that lil missy had some ulcers in her mouth, i panicked. i quickly checked her throat when we reached home. to my horror, there were ulcers all over her throat, tiny ones. we then hurried to our normal paediatrician to have her checked. doc said its hfmd. i already googled it at home and i was ready to receive the news, but... i was speechless for a moment.

after that i called up my boss to tell him the bad news, and he was very understanding. i took the rest of the week off. the next day, hubs sent us both back to my parent's place to put up for a week. and now here we are, in melaka recuperating. and me, rotting. i kept thinking about the amount of work waiting for me in office o.O

so far she has been eating well,

drinking well, active and very noty

3 bottles of water everyday

lots of barley, ling yong herbal drink,

chrysanthemum drink

calci-yum, yogurt, vanilla ice cream

lil missy's principal and teacher has called up few times to check on lil missy. and i told them to have the kindy clean up, sanitize or whatever. also to check on the other kids. to avoid more of these cases. now im a bit worried to send lil missy back to kindy. sigh. at the moment, the ulcers in her mouth is clearing. no spots appearing on her hand, foot or buttocks. this is a mild hfmd she is having. hope she will recover completely by these few days. should i bring her back to the doc to double confirm if she has fully recovered? hmmmm...

my lil sanity

besides the never ending routine work at home everyday, after a long day at work, i come home to my daily routine. will reach home everyday around 730pm, have my dinner, clean this that, do this that, shout here and there, sometimes i just wanna drop down and sob. why so sien wan! i can go on and on and on about this, but someone just got to do it, who, me lor... im just thankful hubs is helping me lots with lil missy *phew*

besides the housework i drown myself into,

how old are you?

lil missy said this to me "mummy, i am 3 years old, how old are you?" hehe... three of us were on our bed, daddy playing street fighter on mommy's ifon, while mommy was kacau-ing lil missy. then i answered her "mommy is 30 years old"... whoa... 30 man, then it struck me. hey, lil missy is 3 years old, mommy is 30 years old and daddy is 33 years old. nice. somebody pls go buy toto 3333 ok? ignore me, that came out of no-where! haha!

we attended cookingmomster's daughter, le-ann's birthday party over in critterland on Saturday. we were the 1st to reach there almost the same time as the birthday girl. we then registered ourselves and the kids just got so excited, they quickly put on their socks and ran into the playground. what the parents did? we start chit chatting away lor. daddy & mommy even took a power nap in between too. hahaha... its was so cosy there it's kinda difficult not to fall asleep leh. we called it quits at about 530pm cus lil missy was getting tired, can see from the 'lembik' face.

today we were suppose to go meet up with this mommy and then go over to her 2nd home to meet elmo, but we got lazy as we got up late, and this that, plan failed. now a bit the regret cus lil missy could have been so happy to see elmo. she is a fancee of elmo. oh well, mommy's fault. sob sob! how nice if i can bring her to see elmo in September? hmmmm...

we end up going for a movie, then walk-a-thon around the mall. mommy here can't help it but to snap a picture of the giant Eclipse's standee! oh... i can't wait for the movie man! kept watching their trailer on the big screen as well as my lil laptop screen! anyway, after our movie trip, we went home to rest a bit and daddy brings lil missy for a swim together with our friends who stayed opposite us. she had fun alright, cus she KOed after the swim. poor lil missy @_@

it's the season again

to fall sick if your immune system is as lousy as mine. dang! earlier this month, lil missy was down with viral fever, which goes on for a week plus. the fever will only comes at night, by the day she will be her normal self. then when u have fever, the rest of the neighbour will come along, mr cough, mr phlegm, mr cold aka flu will also dropped by. dammit!

i think i caught the virus from her, or maybe i did not drink enuf water to keep myself healthy. sigh. i was caught with a real bad sore throat until whenever i try to swallow, it hurts so badly. double sigh. then i gargle with salt water, also some gargling solution given by my doc. the throat gets better, but soon there was phlegm, flu & then the ultimate cough came by! arrrrrghhhhh! i don't normally get sick u see, but once i gotten myself sick, that's it lah! gone lah! it will be so bad, till i gotta take MC from work. mind you, i have a clean attendance to work. i have checked recently, i only take 1 day of MC last year. haha... good leh *self praise*... perasan!

now i have a bad cough, so bad i gotta sleep separately from hubs & lil missy. i will be on coughing spree whole nite, waking up like a blur sotong. then go to work, cough & cough till my colik said "wei, balik rest lah!"... sigh. sien rite. dammit! now i can't enjoy my everyday spicy food. gosh... when will i be alright again? then i will also be making "wanton" nicely courtesy of mr flu who dropped by. arrrgghhhh!

i even got honey stored nicely on my desk, cus i add honey to my everyday green tea. looks like i need to bring lemon to work next week. honey lemon cure cough, no? i hope it does... dammit! please get well soon, i pohmise to drink more water, eat more fruits, sleep earlier, be a good girl

i never shop online before for my own clothing, but i did it before for lil missy, and also to buy accessories. hehehe... those are the things i don't have to think so much, to measure myself here & there, thinking what would be the quality like, or whether it's worth it or not the price you pay.

i changed my mind when i come across irenelimfashion website more than a year ago, her online boutique was blooming. today she is a proud owner of a boutique in puchong itself. successful online business, her hard work really paid off well for her. hehe... if i were to purchase a dress from her online store, i would love this purple dress, it's not something i would normally wear, this is way totally out of norm for me. for real.
